Used to be like this but they're so much stricter now, I've been done 3 times in the last couple of months. Last thing you want is a fucking fine to ruin your trip!

Im also coming to Melbs in January
Are state library, docklands and Melbourne museum all within skating distance of each other or will i need public transport?
Any other places i should check out around the city?
they are all close enough to skate. But its so much easier just jumping on a tram.
ohk i didnt know it was heaps strict cause last few times ice come down i got the vibe that it wasnt
