That whole essay reads like a "how to write marketing drivel to sell anything" course.
I have the sugarman series at home and it's exactly the same formula:
- lots of bullet points
- describe frustration of NOT having this solution
- tease with personal quotes and experiences
- offer a bonus if you buy now
- offer a double bonus if you buy now
- describe the consequences of NOT buying the product
- use underline and bold to highlight key messages
Unfortunately, this guy will probably make more money before Xmas than I make in a year. Here's how:
1. People are dumb. If the Nigerians can make a living scamming, then this guy can
2. Desperate parents will buy this as a last-ditch xmas present for little johnny
I feel sorry for any kid who gets that for Christmas.
but they'll probably go pro.
'buy now and receive a 9mm handgun to shoot me with. pay with credit card and receive a sawn off shot gun to blow whats left of my face off'
