yeh fuck that, just a little recognition, a little respect, dude came out looking like a backstabber and he totally (attempted) to put pen to paper with a team full of drunken loonies trying to stab each other with syringes.
i reckon it'd be a pretty big call to say he "created" everything the company is about. if he created the logo, then royalties where they're due, sure.
but the entire image of the company is based around the shit cunt lifestyles of the dudes on the team...and lets face it, maggots hang out with maggots, nerds hang out with nerds. put a team of maggots in one place, you have a maggot image. it'd be a bit of stretch to claim that one man created the image of that team as whole when its the image of each of the fellas individually that creates the image of the whole team collectively
to summarise you don't need to be a creative genius to take some dodgy photos and video of some seedy motherfuckers
Wouldn't he 'own' the intellectual property, if he did infact create baker?
If he did, wouldn't he then be able to receive payment for its use?
